WHERE EVERY VINYL RECORD IS A TREASURE

and Every Groove Tells a Story

A LEGACY IN VINYL

  • A LEGACY IN VINYL

Welcome to Allworthy Records, where every vinyl is a treasure and every groove tells a story.

Allworthy Records is, in part, a tribute to my late father, Paddy O'Flaherty, a celebrated BBC journalist and presenter who, from the 1970s to the early 2000s, brought legends like Joan Baez, Johnny Cash, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, and many more into the homes of countless fans.

My own vinyl journey began alongside him, digging the racks of Belfast's record shops like Good Vibrations, Makin' Tracks, Grahams and more - learning the thrill of the hunt early! This drew me closer to the industry, working with BBC's Country Club and Across the Line, before a career with Mixmaster Records managing stores, curating music, and DJing across Ireland.

Allworthy Records offers rare and significant vinyl across a wide range of genres. Each record is hand-picked for its quality, condition and story. This is about more than selling records - it's about sharing stories, preserving heritage, and ensuring each record finds a home where it will be played, loved, and passed on again.
